Lighthouse is running a workshop for the directors of the Virginia Marine Trade Association (VMTA) to help them define what they want their future to look like and how they will get there.  By the end of the day long process, the VMTA will have completed a five year strategic plan and an initial draft  of an annual work plan.   We believe, and our client’s success stems from having a clear and executable work plan that describes what is going to get done, who is going to do it and how much it is going to cost.  Clear.
