We are hiring for a full time Event Coordinator. This person will be responsible for co-coordinating a range of events including industry trade shows, networking events, and training programs. Coordination includes venue management, organizing content, budget management, day-to-day task management and overall leadership. We are an association management company based in Warren, RI that delivers trade shows, conferences, expositions, and meetings ranging in size from 15 – 1,000+ for domestic and international attendees. We are well respected for excelling in managing events, increasing attendance and revenue, organizing all aspects of events, and improving marketing and graphics, as well as databases, systems, and contracts.
