We are looking for a program assistant to join our team.

Individual will work on a dynamic team to support the day to day operations of several client trade associations.  The individual must possess a strong administrative aptitude, organizational and logistical capabilities and excellent customer service and response skills. Individual must be a clear thinker and have the interpersonal skills that are required to be successful in a small multi-client office environment.  Event planning and/or book keeping experience is a plus. This is a 20 hours work schedule in a work friendly and flexible environment.  Some travel throughout the year may be required. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
